For a customer service, we are looking for a dedicated homemaster (m/w/d) to support buildings, technical facilities and outdoor facilities.

Working hours

06:00 – 2:30 pm

08:15 – 17:00

♪ Your future task:

• Coordination and support of foreign companies during maintenance and repair work
• Implementation of internal transfers
• execution of small repairs
• Implementation and logging of tours
• Equipment of rooms with furniture, technology and other materials
• Implementation of the closing service
• Maintenance of outdoor facilities
• Cleaning and disposal work
• Implementation of messenger services as required

Your profile for Hausmeister (m/w/d):

• Complete vocational training is desirable, but no condition
• At least two years of professional experience in the craft or mastery environment
• High customer and service orientation
• Good communication skills
• Careful appearance
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Physical load capacity up to 25 kg
• Willingness to approve a safety review (SÜ2) after termination
