Strengthen our team as an IT consultant / System Engineer (m/w/d) – VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) at the Wiesbaden location. As an IT consultant / System Engineer (m/w/d) with a focus on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), you work with our customers to develop and implement future-proof private cloud platforms. You will accompany projects from architecture to design to implementation and take on an advisory role.

Depending on the experience or You can be responsible for: Planning, design and implementation of VCF-based platforms for our customers Structure and configuration of central VMware components such as vSphere and vSAN clusters as well as NSX-based network and security structures Provision and configuration of the VCF Operation Fleet Manager incl. Lifecycle management, workload domain deployments and platform upgrades Configuring Platform Services such as Password Management, Certificate Management or Identity Federation Analysis and sustainable Troubleshooting in complex VMware and network environments using relevant tools (e.g. VCF Operations for Logs and VCF Operations for Networks) Creation and further development of technical concepts (architecture designs, operating models, migration plans, security concepts) Implementation of workshops for optimal use and further development of customer platforms Accompanying projects through all phases, from sales support to technical analysis and architecture, to productive implementation

IT-oriented training as a specialist informatics (m/w/d) for system integration, a study of computer science or business informatics Multiannual experience in the VMware environment (Professional or Architect Level) Funded knowledge of several VMware products such as vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Operations, Automation or VKS (Tanzu) Ideally, first practical experience with VCF or willingness to specialize in one of the VMware-related fields platform, network, automation or cloud-native Consultancy and pleasure to guide customers through technical decisions readiness to travel within the region Team-oriented, reliable work and desire for complex technical questions Good communication skills with very good German (level C1 or higher) and English skills (level B2 or higher)
