completed studies of social work (B.A./M.A.), social education (FH-Diplom/Bachelor), rehabilitation education or comparable qualification Professional experience, ideally in a workshop for disabled people (WfbM) Communication strength and safe occurrence in the operational context good knowledge of social and rehabilitation law a positive attitude towards people with disabilities Experience in working with mentally ill people is beneficial Individual initiative, organizational talent, team skills, flexibility and social competence very good knowledge in dealing with common computer programs driving licence class B
