Monitoring, coordination and compliance with the timely production of workorders Monitoring and procurement of equipment (packaging, closures) Creation of documents of the management system for compliance with work processes, occupational safety, plant safety or other department-related topics Monitoring of storage tanks and clarification in case of failures Control, training and compliance of work security and content of the department-related documents of the management system in the Production department Takeover of process responsibility for all department-related processes Coordination and division of employees to maintain the timely production of workorders Creation of holiday plans according to employer specifications Support and development of employees in accordance with the established qualification matrix Compliance with order and cleanliness within the scope of the production department

Training in the technical/chemical field (e.g. chemical or comparable qualification) Multiannual activity in industrial production or production Detection of teams or departments Experience in personnel development and deployment planning Experience with production processes, machinery and equipment and in handling hazardous materials Ability to optimize workflows and production processes Advanced basic technical understanding Safe handling of Microsoft Office Rapid opinion Knowledge of maintenance and maintenance of production equipment Ability to create work instructions and technical documentation Knowledge of relevant safety regulations Rapid opinion Accuracy and care High reliability and ownership Team skills Communication skills (e.g. in the training of employees) Responsibility for work protection and accident prevention
