ITSC Manager – 1st Line of Defense (m/f/d)

Establishment, introduction and maintenance of the company-wide IT emergency and continuity management system (ITSCM) including guidelines and processes as well as alignment with standards such as ISO 27031, ITIL, BSI 200-4 and ISO 27001. carrying out risk, gap and availability analyses; Deduction of targeted measures derivation and determination of restart times and key figures (RTO/KPIs) based on BIA results and SLAs Creation of technical ITSCM concepts and IT recovery plans Planning, implementation and evaluation of regular ITSC tests/exercises as well as initiation of improvement measures. Close cooperation with areas such as Business Continuity Management (BCM), Information Security Management (ISM), Crisis Management and Cyber Incident Response, as well as support in training and awareness-raising the departments

Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, IT management or a comparable degree programme Multiannual experience in IT service management and/or IT emergency/continuity management as well as project management Funded understanding of IT infrastructures, risks, emergency processes and recovery strategies Experience with standards and standards such as ISO 27031, ITIL, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, KritisV, DORA Strong communicative skills and team skills as well as analytical thinking, a structured way of working and proactive process thinking Very good German and good English skills
