You carry out your own operational tasks around our broker Loyalty program, in particular in participant management, premium management and 2nd level support. With a view to detail, you can create presentations, communication documents and other materials for our Loyalty events and keep track of short-term changes and tight deadlines. After your introduction, you will be responsible for the implementation of selected event awards together with our event team. Take the communication to the participants, tune with different internal and external interfaces and accompany events on site. You communicate closely with different stakeholders and ensure a smooth and targeted flow of information. As a real team player, you also contribute to special topics and projects and support your colleagues if necessary.

You have a successfully completed study, ideally in the field of business management, communication, event management or a comparable discipline. In addition, you have at least two years of professional experience in a comparable coordination, organizational or project-related function. You work structured, independent and always keep track of several parallel topics. A quick conception, a pronounced service orientation and a high degree of reliability are yours. You are safe in handling the current MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, and convince by your hand-on mentality as well as your pleasure in working with different contact persons. You bring your own ideas, question existing processes constructively and want to move something together with your team. Knowledge of the insurance industry is not a must. We'll teach you everything important. The position can be exercised both in full-time and part-time with at least 20 hours per week.
