Architect - Construction Technology / Project Management / Revit (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the planning of construction projects, such as single and multi-family houses or industrial buildings, via the performance phases 1-5 of the HOAI. With the help of Auto-CAD you set up the complete design and execution plans and ideally introduce your Revit skills. You take the coordination and coordination of all planning details with internal teams, external specialist planners and the relevant approval authorities. As a central contact person, you will assist our clients during the entire planning phase. You actively support the project and construction management in preparing the award and quality implementation of your planning at the construction site.

You have completed a study of architecture, civil engineering (construction) or a similar subject and ideally brings professional experience to the LPH 1-5. You have a well-founded knowledge of construction technology as well as in the planning and execution of construction projects. When dealing with MS Office and AutoCAD, you are safe while knowledge of Revit is a welcome plus. Your work is structured and solution-oriented, combining creativity and team spirit skillfully. You communicate safely in German and have a class B licence.
