Strategic Sparring Partner: You advise executives on organisational and leadership strategies – also internationally – and use digital and AI-based tools for sound decisions.

Analysis & Diagnosis: You analyze organization structures, identify optimization potentials and develop sustainable intervention strategies that you continuously develop through AI analyses.

Strengthen Leadership: You develop and implement comprehensive leadership programs that empower executives at all levels to act successfully in a dynamic environment.

Promote potential: You help executives identify and develop talents

Change Management: You shape architecture, control and implementation of change processes and actively promote our cultural strategy

Strategic projects: You guide initiatives on digitalization, agility and innovation and integrate KI as an integral part of future-oriented HR processes.

Workshops & Coaching: You design and moderate leadership workshops and implement innovative AI-based approaches for sustainable learning and development processes.

Your profile – This is what you enthuse us:

You have a degree in psychology, pedagogy, social sciences or business administration, ideally with systemic additional training or comparable training

Long-standing, comprehensive experience in the field of organisation – and Leadership development

Digital Affinity: You use AI solutions to make analytics and processes more efficient and you have experience in handling AI-based HR tools

Your knowledge in change management is important to successfully orchestrate and accompany our change processes

You are an expert in the planning and implementation of training and development measures

We win with you a communication professional with empathy, who brills at all levels and also acts successfully in the team

You have good, up-to-date IT skills as well as safe German and English in word and writing

readiness to travel: You bring the flexibility to travel occasionally.
