Acceptance and expert advice from customers for service and repair work on commercial vehicles and trucks Creation of service orders, cost suggestions and calculations Interface between customer, workshop and technology – scheduling and monitoring of repair processes Care and development of customer relationships / active customer retention in the commercial vehicle segment clarification of technical questions together with technicians and customers – sound technical understanding is required

KFZ-Mechatroniker / KFZ-Mechaniker (m/w/d) – ideally with focus on commercial vehicle technology Technical interest, ideally first experience in the service and workshop area Commercial vehicles / truck Customer-oriented appearance, team skills, organisational skills and structured working Good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as safe handling of computer systems driving licence class B
