Support of the Head of Electrical Engineering at the Disciplinary Leadership of the Department of Electrical Engineering Further development of employees (personally and professionally) in abstium mung with electrical engineering Implementation of team-related and strategic and operational department goals Responsibility for the development and development of targeted processes troubleshooting and maintenance taking into account cost-effectiveness, time and quality Compliance with legal and internal regulations and the recognised state of the art Support in the field of project management Support in compliance with legal requirements

Complete technical training as well as a further education for masters in the field of electrical engineering or completed studies (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) in the field of automation or electrical engineering Experience in the FMCG or alternatively in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry Including multiannual professional experience in the field of electrical and automation technology in production environment and at least 3-6 years of leadership experience in a master position Very good knowledge of WinCC, Botec F1 and Kuka controllers Good MS Office knowledge and experience with the Simatik software package Impressed team capacity and enforcement capability High communication and enthusiasm combined with strong performance Ability to lead, qualify and develop employees Solution-oriented and efficient operation readiness to work in shift operation (currently weekly change early and late shifts) and, if necessary, 3-layer and Conti-layer readiness
