for our senior care home “Willy-Brandt-Haus”, Johannes-Dick-Straße 6 in 09123 Chemnitz.

These are your tasks with us:

• You take over the independent and responsible care and care of our residents
• They ensure the quality of the care order and support the team in day care
• You carry out the care process and document your services professionally
• They communicate professionally with relatives, cooperation partners and medical services
• They reliably carry out medically prescribed and body-related care measures

This will bring you:

• They have completed training as a nursing specialist (health and nursing staff (m/w/d), nursing staff (m/w/d) or nursing staff).
• They are characterized by high flexibility and willingness to use – even in shiftwork and in demanding care situations.
• They work independently and responsibly and bring a strong team capacity in the interdisciplinary environment.
• They convince with a strong customer or patient orientation, sensitivity and respectful handling.
• They have secure basic PC knowledge and are routined with digital care systems and documentation software.

We offer you:

• Attractive remuneration: 45.368 € to 47.728 € gross/year of full time – depending on your professional experience, including allowances and plus. Supplements

• 30 days holiday with a full calendar year
