The ADAC Driving Safety Centre Hansa is the fascination of an innovative driving safety and educational centre for driving safety, driving experience, incentives and events of all kinds.

Whether car, motorcycle, off-road or event: The trainings and events in our driving safety center have already impressed incredibly many companies and people and prove their quality to our customers and visitors every day.

The activity is carried out exclusively on weekends and on holidays. In this function, you accept the kind welcome and support of participants and are the first contact person(s) for trainers, participants and external visitors. You are responsible for the administrative handling of the trainings, including registration, check-in and documentation. You process subscriber documents carefully and maintain data, lists and relevant documentation. You support the sale and management of vouchers as well as training offers. You coordinate and accompany organizational processes before, during and after training. You provide a decent, professional and welcoming reception area and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. You have a service-oriented mode of operation, organizational talent, communication strength as well as good knowledge in popular MS Office applications.

You have a friendly, service-oriented and safe appearance. You are happy to handle people and are characterized by a pronounced customer orientation. You work independently, structured and bring a good organizational talent. You are convinced by reliability, team capacity and flexibility. You ideally have commercial experience or experience in customer service. You also keep an overview in labor-intensive situations and work carefully. You are characterized by an open, communicative and responsible way of working.
