As a partner and expert, the team Assortment & Space develops customer-oriented and innovative concepts for AI-based optimization of assortment, shelf and market areas at the interface between different areas. We are a cross-functional, young, motivated team that attaches value to mutual appreciation. Our onboarding is individual and comprehensive so you can quickly get familiar with the relevant topics. Interns are firm team members and often begin their career with us after studying.

What we plan together Cook coffee and sit down? Surely not with us! As an intern in our team, you work with professionals on strategic projects for individualizing assortments and on established processes, so that you immerse yourself in the product ranges and core functions of one of Europe's largest food retailers. Embossing with us the shopping experience of millions of REWE customers: You will experience the results of your action directly in our over 3,700 REWE markets.

What you do with us You are in the forefront: you work directly and independently in a large and agile project that aims to identify the best articles and transfer them to digital shelf plans – individually for each market Your analytical skills are not too short: you support the conception and documentation of new processes and analyze data on specific questions. You take responsibility: You are in direct contact with many colleagues and stakeholders and get proactive feedback on new topics and developments. You're in the middle of it: You regularly participate in meetings and workshops with your team and your central and regional interfaces. Your ideas for the future: You get a lot of space to introduce yourself and your own ideas individually and the chance to work independently and create real added value.

What we do First of all, your personality: your open, motivated and self-confident appearance and your desire to achieve more together with your team are a feature. You are impersonated in a Bachelor's or Master's degree course, with a focus on economics or a similar area You could already gain first practical experience – optimally in a commercial or industrial company in (food) retail or in a consulting firm. You are interested in food, snipers and challenges, as well as taking responsibility for your topics You have good analytical skills and a pronounced number affinity. You have good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint Very good German and English knowledge complete your profile.
