Strategy & Content: You enter our social media strategy and create content that delights – text, image and video for all relevant channels. Community Management: You are the active voice of our brand: you interact with the community, accompany discussions and build a fan community that really stands behind us. Campaigns & Analysis: You plan and tax creative campaigns – including influencer collaborations – keeps the success with analysis tools in mind and derives concrete optimizations. Localization & Brand: You communicate new product launches and keep the community up to date on current events. Trend-Scouting: You have a sense of relevant trends in the team event area and regularly introduce fresh ideas for our performance.

What you should bring? Personality over Experience: You love social media and events – and that's exactly what we care about. Your mindset is more important to us than a perfect resume. We are looking for someone with real drive, the courage to go new ways, and a hand-on mentality. Still in the middle: You are currently studying – ideally BWL, marketing, communication, media sciences or something comparable. Social Media is your thing: TikTok, Instagram, Reels – you not only know it as a user, but understand why some content goes viral and how communities grow. Feeling for good content: aesthetics, trends, storytelling – you know instinctively how content needs to look, which is not only beautiful, but also tells something. Ready to learn instead of perfect: First experiences with CapCut, Adobe Premiere or similar tools are welcome – crucial is that you really want to develop yourself. a minimum age of 18 years wortgewandte und fit in spelling and grammar (language level German at least C1)
