For an immediate entry we are looking for you as an employee Manufacturing Quality (m/w/d) for our customers in Reichenbach / Heinsdorfergrund!

hourly wage by agreement!

Your tasks:

• Analysis and processing of vulnerabilities in compartments including derivation of corrective measures
• Initiate, plan and implement coordinated projects at the site using Six-Sigma methods
• If necessary, customize and further develop the CVP and its tools for effectiveness testing, process / tools
• Adaptation and control of the test planning in the standard customer and internal specifications
• Summary and analysis of data for standard and ad hoc evaluations followed by the introduction of measures
• Implementation and statistical evaluation of skills analyses

Your profile:

• at least one completed 3-year technical college training
• Education Six-Sigma
• Knowledge of quality management processes
• knowledge of the application of quality methods (e.g. FMEA) and QM standard knowledge (ISO 9001, TS16949, IRIS, VDA..)
• Experiences in complaint management
• Experience 8-D methodology as well as 5 Why, Ishikawa, FaultTree Analysis, Is / Is Not Analysis, Core Tools
• Communication skills and enforcement capacity, operational readiness, team capacity and strong service understanding
• Very good English skills in word and writing
• FS + car to reach the working place of advantage
