You are the first point of contact for our customers: Personal and telephone You receive with pleasure our customers, partners and visitors They support in the final processing of customer requests – by phone, written and personal You process and digitize the input and output mail relevant to our service They also take care of the completion of mail items and process the ongoing daily mail collection by our service provider They represent the municipal works and help strengthen customer loyalty through positive reception experiences

You can prove a completed professional training or have already gained extensive experience in customer service or customer reception We appreciate your customer and service-oriented appearance as well as your good oral and written expression against the background of a well-kept and joyful appearance In MS Office programs you can find yourself well and have deeper knowledge Reliability and care to do your daily work JOBV1_EN
