You lead with competence and passion - You are centrally responsible for the process of production and thus the uniform technological development of the production areas in the RG plants and the further process standardization in this area (technical conception). You improve our processes – You develop and optimize technological processes within group companies and support technological problems and resulting projects. Identify, establish and multiply best practices within the Radeberger Group. You are competent contact persons – you are contact persons for production managers in all questions of product and process quality and report to the Head of Quality Group in your function. You take responsibility – you are responsible for voting on technological trials and recipes in the locations. On the part of quality, You serve the basic materials and filtering aids as contact persons for purchasing, locations and suppliers.

Your training – you have a completed study as a brewing engineer (M.Eng./M.Sc.) or equivalent qualification. Your experience – You bring relevant professional experience in the field of beer production and process engineering in the brewing and/or beverage industry. Your personality – you are characterized by your ability to communicate strength and enforcement and point with your pronounced social competence. You work independently, targeted and possess good organizational capacity and a quick understanding. You are resilient, flexible and have a high level of readiness to travel. Your know-how – you have well-founded IT skills in the fields of SAP, MS Office, LabBase and process control systems; You also have good English knowledge. Your mobility – you bring the willingness to travel within Germany, for example, to accompany technological experiments at our locations.
