System Engineer KI (m/f/d)

You develop, operate and manage the system and infrastructure architecture for AI applications You actively implement and operate backend integrations, APIs, ETL processes, and database connections and develop technical components You train, train and operate AI/ML technologies such as LLMs, RAG architectures and TTS and STT solutions Ensure stable platform operation by monitoring, performance optimization, error analysis, release management, and updates and model refreshes and model selection You select suitable technologies together with architecture and product owners and implement security, data protection and compliance requirements (including RBAC, API management, encryption, SIEM, protection against AI-specific attacks) You ensure and document compliance with regulatory requirements (GDPR, SGB X)

You have a degree in computer science, software or data engineering or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in the development and operation of modern IT systems, APIs and cloud and container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) You have sound knowledge of AI technologies, in particular generic AI, ML pipelines and RAG architectures; Experience with AI platforms is advantageous. You bring expertise in IT security, network architecture and identity management You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented, with high quality and responsibility. You are ready to learn, technology affinity and convince by team skills as well as clear, professional communication.
