You will first create cost and price calculations, especially for services of technical facility management and products for industrial plants.

You validate and update existing standard performance directories (StLVs).

In cooperation with the product management, you carry out benchmarks and develop existing offers.

You calculate operations management and maintenance services and assist in creating a material directory.

You will check tender documents and performance directories and evaluate incoming supplier and after-contractor offers.

Object visits and their commercial assessment are also part of your task.

You actively participate in the development of new products and customer-specific operator concepts.

In addition, you participate in bidder and award talks.

You're responsible for the calculation database and you're building it further.

You have a successfully completed technical or commercial training or a comparable degree.

You have several years of experience in contract and/or offer design, ideally in the field of facility services and services for industrial plants.

You bring a well-founded technical understanding of systems of supply and electrical engineering.

You have extensive experience in managing databases, in particular to support costing processes and maintenance planning.

You know well with market prices in Facility Services.

The safe handling of MS Office as well as market-standard costing software (e.g. iTWO, Arriba or the like) is of course for you.

You have knowledge of VOB, GEFMA and relevant operator requirements.

You work independently, take responsibility and bring an entrepreneurial mindset.
