Senior UX/UI Designer Appian (m/f/d)

You actively promote the professional development of the UX/UI design and develop innovative, user-centric solutions with high quality standards. A clear UX/UI strategy as well as consistent design principles for our low-code projects on the Appian Platform are developed and implemented sustainably. You actively support the implementation of UX/UI solutions on the Appian Platform and work closely with our technology teams in interdisciplinary projects. You lead and mentor our small UX/UI team, establish best practices and promote the further development of individual team members. User tests and usability evaluations coordinate you structured, strengthen a user-centred mindset in the company and support technology teams in integrating UX/UI principles into their workflows.

Complete studies in business informatics, computer science or a related IT specialist, as an alternative to an apprenticeship as a specialist for application development with multiannual professional experience. At least five years of experience in the UX/UI design in software development - ideally in an agile environment - distinguish you. You bring well-founded knowledge in the UX/UI design and ideally have experience with low-code technologies, whereby knowledge of the Appian platform is not a must. First leadership experience, for example in the direction of a small team, you could already gather and understand how to develop and motivate people professionally and personally. With different technology teams as well as with customers, you communicate safely and confidently and also convey complex content in a comprehensible manner. You have a strong passion for excellent user experience and understand that you share this enthusiasm throughout the company.
