We are looking for you as a Technical Product Owner for our Competence Team Test Automation at the Resort Processes & Systems. The team represents the single point of contact in the network community in a complex world from a variety of independent companies and, in addition to the development of test automation, is responsible in particular for all topics on governance, architecture and operating platform.

A task that challenges Governance: As a technical product owner, based on existing services in the Group, you will present the guidelines for tools, architecture and our operating platform. As part of our team, you will ensure the stable, secure and efficient operation of our Test Automation Platform - from Tricentis Tosca to GitLab to future AI-based services - and thus make a direct contribution to the energy transition.

Development: You write developer guidelines, optimize them continuously and develop yourself if necessary. Analyzing and correcting errors in the team and defining constant improvements.

Operating platform: Together with our Group internal companies, you are responsible for the existing operating platform, seeking and describing potential for improvement and optimizing the use of resources and licenses.

Technology integration: You keep approach, tools and architecture up to date. For this, you will accompany and be responsible for the integration of new technologies such as AI services or cloud solutions into the existing operating platform.

Monitoring and reporting: You develop comprehensive monitoring, security and compliance standards and implement them for smooth operation.

Knowledge transfer: You carefully document processes, architecture and technical specifications and actively pass on your knowledge in the international team. If necessary, you will also invest the necessary time for the coaching of individual team members at any time.

Stakeholder management: You can safely communicate with a variety of stakeholders from all levels in German and English and can provide technical content in a targeted manner. Negotiating skills, conflictability and sovereign handling of escalations are just as good as your high resilience and stress resistance in a complex environment.

A background that convinces Education: You have a university degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable professional qualification. As the basis of your tuning, you are certified at least ISTQB Foundation Level.

Professional experience: You bring well-founded, multi-year experience in the operation and administration of automation platforms as well as other tools of test automation. Your excellent expertise in common test methods, test tools and especially in Tricentis Tosca complete your profile.

Technology affinity: You show great interest and willingness to learn to work into new technologies such as AI services, process mining and cloud environments. Keeping high security requirements in a complex corporate environment is a matter of course for you.

Expertise: You have knowledge and experience with monitoring tools, CI/CD tools such as Git, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps and Dex. In addition, you have ideally experience in REST APIs and their test tools such as Postman, Swagger etc. Basic knowledge of container technologies are desirable.

Working methods: You think analytically, have a quick understanding and are happy to work with developers, departments and your team. Impressed sense of responsibility and a high degree of self-employment are mandatory in your role. A structured and solution-oriented way of working according to agile procedure corresponds to your daily action.

Team spirit: You are a team player for which the exchange of knowledge is a matter of heart. You live the subject of test automation in your daily work and are 100% convinced of the benefits and added value.

You have strong communication skills and knowledge of German and good English.
