As a strong communication personality with a strong talent for networking, sales and recruiting, you are a key contributor to the success of our branch. You enter both applicant and customer companies, develop existing business relationships strategically and actively identify new market potential.

With your sense of humans and markets, you gain new customers, build sustainable partnerships and successfully position our portfolio on the market.

Creation of target group-oriented job advertisements and meaningful candidate profiles Full support of the recruiting process: from initial contact to contract signing Construction, maintenance and strategic development of customer relationships Active new customer acquisition in sales and sustainable placement of our services Contact persons for employees and customers throughout the entire service life Close cooperation with the branch manager and direct reporting

Professional experience in personnel services/ employee transfer Multiannual experience in sales, ideally in external services as well as in customer support and new customer acquisition Foundation knowledge of labour law and labour law (AÜG) and collective agreements Secure handling of MS Office, applicant management systems and digital communications Class B driving licence and standby for external service
