management and coordination of a cleaning team, including operational planning and control Ensuring the quality and efficiency of cleaning and infrastructural services Implementation of training and the incorporation of new employees to ensure high standards in working and safety Monitoring of working hours and documentation of work carried out Control and maintenance of cleaning machines and materials Solution-oriented communication with customers to meet their requirements and expectations Budget responsibility for the department, as well as cost control and optimization Ensuring compliance with hygiene requirements, safety and health guidelines Creation of reports and regular communication with the upper management level Implementation or adaptation of customer contracts Make or Buy decisions on maintenance services

Completed training, experience in building cleaning Multiannual professional experience in the cleaning industry, of which at least 2 years in a leadership position Experience in the planning, coordination and leadership of teams Impressed communication capability and enforcement capability Organizational skills and a solution-oriented way of thinking Knowledge of the handling of cleaning machines and materials High service orientation and customer understanding Safe handling of current MS Office applications and industry-specific software solutions Willingness to work in flexible shifts and weekend services
