An internationally experienced account manager (all genders) is looking for a globally active family business in the field of environmental and process technology. You actively shape international customer relationships and develop your sales regions

They recognise market potential, analyze competitive landscapes and open up new growth markets

They coordinate technical projects in close cooperation with experienced R&D teams, application and product management

You implement your sales strategy with a clear focus on sales growth and sustainable profitability

You bring your ideas into the further development of the export business and design future planning

They bring several years of experience in international technical sales – ideally from the investment goods industry or environmental/process engineering

You have the pleasure of understanding complex technical products and communicating in practice

You speak fluent German and good English – additional language skills in Spanish or Arabic/Turkish are a valuable plus point

They work independently, think entrepreneurially and communicate at eye level with international business partners:inside

Your residence is within a radius of 40 km around the company location (Great Lohmar, NRW) – for short distances and close teamwork

30 % international travel (2–5 days per trip, partly outside Europe)

Intensive training and technical training on site

30 Holiday days and regulated 40-hour week

Possibility of 1 home office day per week after successful incorporation
