You conduct and tax building measures and work on construction and repair measures in all phases of the HOAI. After completion, you will document the construction measures for further operation of the buildings and installations. To do this, you will guide and accompany approval and award procedures. In the course of budget planning, you will create important pre-studies and cost estimates. In addition, you are a contact and negotiation partner for in- and external bodies, project participants and contractors.

You completed your studies in architecture. In the planning and implementation of construction and repair measures in the performance phases 1–8 HOAI and in the project management you have experience. You know the rules of construction technology and construction regulations. You have user knowledge in MS Office 365, MS Project, AutoCAD and AVA. In addition, you are strong in communication, think analytic and work in results-oriented, structured and independent.
