Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Examination of all complex engineering structures according to SachVO and internal regulations
• Determination and creation of rebuilding and renovation measures
• Consultation and support in the performance and implementation of engineering services
• Creation of proof of performance as a basis for a central controlling
• Budget planning and billing of planning, construction and services
• Implementation of individual orders or partial tasks with a focus in central Germany directly on site

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete university studies as a civil engineer:in or comparable qualification with professional experience
• Funded knowledge in technical facility management: fire protection, TGA facilities, maintenance, modernization, refurbishment and abris measures desirable
• Knowledge of VOB, VOL and HOAI of advantage
• Continuing training in the field of construction testing, for example as an expert in the assessment of damage to buildings, is a plus point
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
