Own-responsibility of the occupational pension schemes and pension schemes in Germany, including collective agreements. Multiannual professional experience in occupational pensions and in German pensions. Experience in Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards in an international business environment. Very good knowledge of German pension systems and Benefits systems. Good knowledge of European benefits and insurance structures. Experience with compensation analyses, benchmarking processes and salary rounds. Flowing German and English skills Structured, analytical and solution-oriented mode of operation and pronounced communication strength. Ideally experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
