Fleischer/Metzger Produktion (m/w/d) Reference number: 08317

Preparation: You are responsible for providing raw materials, auxiliary materials and materials Sausage production: They produce raw, cooked and brewed sausages and are responsible, among other things, for feeding, filling, smoking and cooking Meat production: They are responsible for the production of meat products, including cutting you meat pieces according to your specifications Quality controls: You take over the selection and evaluation of processing materials and precious parts Security: They comply with food regulations and hygiene regulations

Education: completed training to the meatmaker / butcher or corresponding work experience Industries: Experience in food retail / Production / Disintegration / Gastronomy / Hotellerie Working methods: understanding of quality, hygiene and cleanliness; careful and independent work in the team Working hours: 5-day week on regulated working hours (no night shift) Language knowledge: good German skills are advantageous
