Main thing You're right with us! Your future role As an ERP specialist (IFS Cloud) (m/w/d), you can use HomeServe for stable, efficient and scalable ERP processes across our SHK operations and business units. You support our IFS cloud applications in day-to-day business, accompany rollouts and further developments, and translate technical requirements from the service and craft environment into working system solutions. This allows you to make a central contribution to smooth processes and sustainable growth.

Your tasks:

You take the level-2/3 support for IFS cloud modules (including Finance, Supply Chain, FSM, Sales, HCM) and secure a stable system operation You analyze and solve functional and technical incidents and coordinate escalations with internal IT teams and external implementation partners You plan and accompany ERP rollouts across multiple locations and business units – from Fit-Gap analyses to Go-Live You configure IFS modules according to business requirements and support data migration, testing and UAT You work closely with Business Process Ownern and ensure clear communication on progress, risks and dependencies You create documentation, SOPs and perform training and knowledge transfer for users

Your profile

Completed studies in IT, computer science or a comparable qualification 3–7 years of experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems, ideally IFS Cloud Experience in project management (agile and/or classic), especially in ERP rollouts and system introductions Good knowledge of relevant ERP modules such as finance, supply chain, FSM or comparable areas Technical understanding of SQL, reporting, integrations (APIs, middleware) and system adjustments Structured, solution-oriented operation and very good communication and coordination capabilities
