The Team Arnz Everyday Aid is a Bavarian family business based in Landshut. We support seniors, seniors and people in need of help in everyday life – reliable, human and with a lot of heart.

To strengthen our team, we are now looking for reliable support as

(m/w/d)

Partial time, first about 10 hours a week with fast, strong growth potential. We expect fast growth to 20-30 hours a week.

Your tasks

They support our customers in everyday life and help to make life as independent as possible at home.

These include:

• Support for everyday tasks in the household
• Cleaning activities in the household such as vacuuming, wiping, bath/kitchen cleaning etc.
• Accompanying physician appointments, purchases or handling
• joint walks or everyday visits
• Support for organization and structure in everyday life
• friendly talks and human attention
• Relieving members
• if necessary also cooking

This activity is not a pure care activity. Household and active "pack" belong to work. That's why you should be physically fit and have the pleasure of getting involved.

It is not treatment or medical care!

For this place, a Guidance certificate Class B and a separate car are absolutely necessary, as the operations take place with our customers on site and we currently cannot place any service vehicles.

In addition, you need a own smartphone, as we digitally coordinate our appointments, deployment planning and documentation via an app. The documentation is done directly on site with the customer.

Qualification

A suitable qualification is required for use as an everyday helper.

An additional 30-hour training is not required** if one of the following conditions is met:

• completed studies in the fields of social, health, nursing or domestic affairs (e.g. social work, gerontology, nursing sciences)
• completed in principle three-year training in the fields of social, health, nursing or domestic affairs (e.g. nursing staff, housekeeper, etc. Housekeeping
• completed at least one year training in the fields of social, health, care or household
• completed at least two years of professional experience in the fields of social, health, nursing or domestic affairs (must not have been provided in one piece)
• Continuing training with at least 160 teaching units (e.g. care force according to § 53b SGB XI)

Also Quereinsteigerinnen und Quereinsteiger are welcome to us. If there is no of the above conditions, a corresponding everyday helper training must be completed before the start of the activity. We will be happy to advise you.
