Create market and energy data: You take responsibility for the market and data processes of the network economy. In doing so, you develop the network economy into an integrated, process-oriented and digitally positioned organization and create the conditions for reliable and customer-oriented energy management. Responsive and digitize processes: You control the fields of feeding, network accounting, device management, change of suppliers, commercial measurement site operation as well as energy data management, allocation and accounting, and introduce historically grown structures into a sustainable target organization. You drive the digital end-to-end processing and continuous process improvement. Qualification: Complete study of economic engineering, energy management, or a comparable background with a focus on energy Experience: Multiannual professional practice as a manager in the network economy, as far as possible with a distribution network operator Know-how: Deep understanding of regulated market processes, energy data management and legal framework conditions, combined with pronounced end-to-end process understanding and digital affinity Personality: Design-strong, empathic and assertive leadership personality with strategic vision that gives clear orientation, promotes responsibility and develops structures consistently with their teams Operation: Analytical, solution-oriented and customer-oriented with a good sense of connections and interfaces as well as the ability to combine different perspectives and shape sustainable decisions
