The “Development Online” division is responsible for all applications in digital service and sales within the group of technology service providers. Through our shop and self-care systems we give our products a face, make the customer journey possible and are therefore one of the most important sales channels of our company. They coordinate and maintain the ticket system as well as project reports and monitoring. They support project managers, product owners and Agile coaches as part of their core responsibility and tasks. They document and maintain the agile management processes and standards in Confluence.

You are in a study, ideally focusing on economics and informatics or digital media and are interested in a responsible study-related activity of about 20h / week. In addition to analytical thinking, they have a very targeted and solution-oriented approach. It distinguishes a very independent, quality-oriented and proactive way of working, as well as a pronounced motivational ability. Their strengths are communication skills and a quick understanding. They have very good MS Office skills and have optimal experience in MS Teams, Confluence and Jira.
