As LEAN Specialist (m/w/d) you support the construction site of the “Bau Allianz Lübeck - Lensahn (BALL)” in the introduction and implementation of LEAN Construction. With your know-how, you contribute significantly to the continuous further development and optimization of the processes directly on site. The LEAN experts of the Directorate are involved in the incorporation and coordination and technical support in close coordination with the construction site team. Planning and implementation of LEAN workshops at the construction site to develop holistic construction processes along the entire value chain Development of a cascaded meeting concept for the Baustelle Bau Allianz Lübeck - Lensahn (BALL) Transparent control of the progress of construction by means of pull and clock planning (Last Planner System) and structured task management Continuous process optimization by using LEAN Construction methods

You have completed their studies, e.g. in industrial engineering or civil engineering You have deeper experience in LEAN Management You are characterized by innovative joy, communication strength and joy in interdisciplinary teamwork You are a dedicated personality with high demands on further development and the optimization of processes and solutions You possess very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of autonomy You are mobile: By the beginning of 2026 you work at the Hamburg location. You will then be on site for at least two years on 2–3 days a week at the construction site “Bau Allianz Lübeck – Lensahn (BALL)” in Lensahn. The remaining working time can be done in the home office or at the Hamburg location by agreement.
