Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

You are available to our customers and sales partners as a competent contact person (m/w/d) both by telephone and in writing and provide first-class support. You process enquiries about contractual values and maintain existing contracts by providing precise and reliable information. You implement fund changes professionally and timely according to the wishes of our customers. You take over the processing of transactions related to third-party rights, such as assignments, pledges and insolvency, and ensure a proper settlement. You take care of changes in names, reference rights and policyholders and ensure that all data is updated correctly and in time.

You ideally have completed training as a merchant for insurance or finance (m/w/d) or a comparable degree. You have the willingness and understanding to acquire the necessary knowledge quickly and partly independently. You have a pronounced service orientation and are able to communicate with different contact persons equally friendly and targeted. You are characterized by a keen decision and independent, committed and solution-oriented work. You like to work in the team and bring a strong team skills. .
