You are responsible for monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, road safety and order of the various properties In doing so, you coordinate maintenance and take over communication and coordination with external service providers and foreign companies As part of the management, you will send up-to-date counter readings, coordinate key transfers and support in advances and visits Finally, you are available to the tenant as a contact person for rental hours and for general service messages
