Your new task You design the company-wide customer-success architecture with a focus on marketing, sales and data management modules and are responsible for the continuous development of the platforms. Develop sustainable solutions to support sales and marketing processes and create a 360-degree view of our customers along the full value flow

In close cooperation with the departments you identify and evaluate diverse requirements from the company. You transfer them to a transparent demand and project portfolio and manage their continuous development in line with our strategic IT construction

Through your analytical skills, you will develop methodically Capability Maps as part of the TRUMPF architecture framework based on TOGAF. You identify optimization potentials in existing IT landscapes and develop sustainable integration strategies for maximum scalability

With your strong communications talent, you will advise on architectural decisions and bring sales, marketing, IT and external partners together. Together digitize and automate end-to-end processes and create real added value

Quality assurance in the implementation of solution architectures is your responsibility. You ensure compliance with global standards and best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement

How to inspire us With a successfully completed study of business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification, you fulfil the technical requirement for this role

You have already demonstrated comprehensive professional experience in the architecture, configuration and implementation of customer-success platforms, in particular in marketing, sales and data management modules. In doing so, you were able to gain demonstrable knowledge in handling TOGAF and in the creation of Capability Maps

Their strength is to analyse and model complex technical requirements, diverse demands and business processes holistically. With structured thinking you always keep an overview and develop sustainable solutions

You can use your strong communication strength in order to understand and create trust in demanding technical issues. Your integrative and team-oriented working style promotes successful cooperation across departmental boundaries

Your very good knowledge of German and English will enable you to have a liquid exchange in international contexts
