It's waiting for you Advice – You accompany customers: in the design, introduction and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solutions. Transformation – Together with interdisciplinary teams, you create digital CRM and sales processes and implement innovative strategies. Implementation – Requirements are analysed, specialist concepts are developed and the implementation is accompanied by Dynamics 365 CE. Project work – You take responsibility in national and international customer projects and control the cooperation of relevant stakeholders. Innovation – New features around Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI-based applications, you evaluate and develop added value for customers.

That's what you bring You have a successfully completed degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable degree program. Multiannual professional experience in advising or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, CRM or Customer Experience Solutions is already bringing you along. You have knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Customer Insights, Power Platform or adjacent Microsoft technologies; relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus. You can speak German and English. You convince by communication strength, analytical thinking and joy in working with customers and project teams.
