You ensure that mobile devices are operated securely, stable and efficient at our customers. The focus of your work is on the operation and the further development of modern MDM environments. At the new Kenzingen site, you work closely with colleagues, customers and external partners and actively contribute your experience to projects.

Your tasks

MDM Managed Service (for our customers) Operation, administration and continuous development of MDM environments Configuration, rollout and lifecycle management of mobile devices Administration and monitoring of the MDM platforms used Administration and support of enrollment systems (e.g. Apple DEP / Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox, Microsoft Autopilot) Implementation and further development of safety and compliance guidelines Mobile Endpoint Security Administration Analysis and troubleshooting in MDM operation Optimization of device configurations, policies and rollout processes Documentation of MDM configurations and rollout processes Working with customer projects around Mobile Device Management

Complete training in IT (e.g. specialist system integration) or comparable qualification Mobile Device Management and Mobile Endpoint Security Experience Experience with Enrollment systems such as Apple DEP / Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox or Microsoft Autopilot Knowledge of IT security and compliance Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Process-oriented and structured operation Teamability and good communication skills
