You are responsible for the support and further development of the Mein Schiff Crew Social Media channels (Facebook and Instagram) incl. independent creation of reports and analyses With your own initiative and creativity, you are setting new impetus for crew actions, awareness campaigns and Crew Merch and actively supporting the further development of Employer Branding You perform administrative personnel tasks, such as e.g. care of e-mail mailboxes, support in contract creation for sea staff, storage care and personal data maintenance in crewing software You support general concerns and first set up certificates (e.g. visa applications) You get the chance to introduce yourself to People & Culture projects to continuously improve our internal processes

You are a student of tourism, economics, economic psychology or comparable courses Ideally, you already have first practical experiences, e.g. in the form of internships/work students' activities or on board a cruise ship You are an open-minded and service-oriented personality with communicative skills and a high social competence You understand yourself as an organizational talent, have a high social media affinity and brings joy to work in the team Safe handling of MS Office applications and good English skills complete your profile
