Multiple years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma, coaching and change management L6S Green Belt or Black Belt certification with proven application of methodologies such as DMAIC, VSM, and Kaizen Fluency in English Strong change management and facilitation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) Ability to work effectively across a complex, global organization Flexibility to accommodate different time zones
