You operate the high-quality building technology and carry out regular tests (e.g. sprinkler tests) You carry out independent control procedures and, if necessary, eliminate minor disturbances to the plants with lighter repair work and if necessary cleaning activities ensure order and a perfect overall condition of the supervised property You are contact for our customers, tenants and entrepreneurs on site you also take care of the green and grey areas You support our object technicians in larger measures and help them

A completed craftsmanship or technical training - Quereinsteiger welcome Continuing training as “electronically instructed person / EuP”, “Sprinklerwart”, etc. First professional experience in building technology desirable Craft skills and technical understanding Self-employed and reliable operation High commitment and service orientation
