As a Business Analyst in Insurance Product & Police (w|m|d), you have the opportunity to use your analytical skills in a mix of product development, specialist conception and system migration. You get the chance to actively shape the future digital system and product landscape of ADAC Insurance. You analyse technical requirements for new and existing insurance products and prepare them clearly for implementation. You transfer new product generations and rules as well as tariff logics to the technical configuration models – both in the new system (SQL-based) and in the host environment (DB2, TABEX). You conduct your own subprojects, e.g. to introduce new product features, professional changes or smaller optimization initiatives, and coordinate stakeholders involved. You work in the product configuration team and make sure that products are imaged professionally correctly, consistent and consistent. You'll start User Stories, perform tests and make sure that changes are documented cleanly. You act as an interface between product development, IT, users and operation: You translate technical requirements into usable specifications. You are introducing your own ideas to continuously develop processes, product logics and workflows.

You have a degree in business informatics, insurance, computer science or a comparable field. You bring multi-year experience as a business analyst, product manager or in comparable roles, ideally in the insurance environment. Your analytical skills are sovereign, and you recognize patterns, technical dependencies and impact on processes and systems. You have experience in coordinating or managing (part-)projects and will be happy to take responsibility to advance issues independently. Basic knowledge of SQL, the functioning and maintenance of databases such as Tabex, Oracle or DB2 as well as knowledge of TSO on the mainframe are your profile. Your way of working is structured, and you prepare requirements clearly and understandably. You enjoy communication and bring experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira or similar applications, which is a plus point. Very good knowledge of German and reliable knowledge of English complete your profile.
