The MEDIAN Heinrich-Mann-Klinik Bad Liebenstein is a modern specialist clinic for the rehabilitation of neurological and orthopedic diseases. In the acute range, ventilated patients and patients of phase B (neurological early rehabilitation) are treated. Since October 2022, the Heinrich-Mann Klinik has been certified as a center for respiration in the neurological-neurosurgical rehabilitation according to DGNR criteria. In our modern intensive care unit, a total of 45 single beds are available for early rehabilitation. 28 patients are ventilated mechanically, and we can also offer our neurological patients several dialysis places for acute dialysis.

Own responsible case-accompanying coding of stationary cases in the areas of early neurological rehabilitation phase B and intensive medicine Ensuring coding quality Verification of contents of medical, nursing and therapeutic documentation for plausibility (diagnoses, procedures, fulfillment of OPS 8-552) Review of the ventilation hours and TISS/ SAPS recording if necessary Participation in CA Visions Support in the continuous optimization of MD management and further development of structures in medical controlling Processing and Management of MD Test Procedures in cooperation with the Medical MD Officer of the Department and the MD Management Clinical Codierfachkraft (m/w/d) conciliation of disputed hospital bills as well as the execution of case-dialogs with cost-beneficiaries Compilation of statistics

(m/w/d) or equivalent training with appropriate professional experience, preferably in the field of intensive care or neurology A completed training for/to clinical coding specialist / codierasist (m/w/d) ICD, OPS and aG-DRG-System in particular for the specialist departments of intensive medicine and neurology A safe handling of MS-Office and our hospital information system (KIS) Independent, process-oriented, cross-sectoral, interdisciplinary and economic thinking and action Team skills
