Your tasks: We are looking for a dedicated specialist who supports people with chronic mental illness in the context of integration aid.

• Individual assistance: You carry out individual assistance and support services according to participation planning and develop them further
• Structured work environment: You work in an offer of integration aid and actively shape everyday life
• Self-employed work: You organize, carry out and document your assistance on your own responsibility and ensure a client-oriented and demand-oriented support
• Promote participation: You strengthen the self-help potentials and opportunities for participation of clients
• Configure: You can participate in the development of actions and regularly reflect your personal and professional attitude
• Crisis Intervention: You use appropriate deescalation strategies and take action of crisis intervention

What you should bring:

• Completed training: You have successfully completed a training as a nurse / educator / Senior Caregiver (m/w/d)
• Technical experience: You have knowledge and experience in the support, support and assistance of people with mental illnesses and high support needs
