Customer support Acceptance of customer request – documentation, categorisation and prioritization of the request with opening a ticket in the TTMS Trouble Ticket Management System Immediate clarification or Solution of the request ideally within the phone call Further research to the solution of the problem Analysis of the individual customer presence for identifying causes of problems and selection of suitable solutions Coordination with the customer on solutions and introduction of appropriate measures Monitoring of solution delivery and feedback to the customer Checking the quality of the response of the request in the final interview with the customer Conducting research and analysis on the sustainable solution of recurring problems Organisational planning of service and service times according to customer requirements Provision of agreed services for internal and external customers, e.g. creation of customer-specific reports Cooperation in projects Professional integration and support of new employees

completed commercial vocational training or equivalent multiannual professional experience Safe handling of Office applications, especially Word, Excel Good knowledge of English Embossed service orientation and contact joy Friendly and binding occurrence Very good expressiveness in word and writing Rapid opinion High sensitivity and openness Active optimization and design motivation High problem solving and combination capability, analytical competence and numerical affinity Teamability and high loadability
