You lead a small team of currently four people with a focus on customer relations in the international environment and manage the cooperation on the basis of relevant key figures in the field. You ensure the reliable organisation, planning and execution of international sales orders. You communicate proactively and directly with international sales partners, are responsible for customer support and support our sales and marketing activities. You ensure a smooth implementation and coordination of our sales orders together with your team, develop sustainable customer relationships and transfer requirements into our sales strategy. You act as a central interface to internal teams such as product management, production and sales. You accompany and relieve the department management in strategic and operational issues and continuously work on the further development (formal and regulatory) processes.

completed economic or commercial studies or a comparable qualification multi-year professional experience in international sales (internal service) or customer service, including first leadership experience entrepreneurial, analytical and solution-oriented thinking combined with a pronounced leadership, communication and organizational competence and a strong service understanding knowledge of German and English in at least C1 level, French are a plus. very good knowledge MS Office, knowledge in Business Central or comparable ERP system desirable
