Senior Professional SAP HCM Time Management (m/w/d)

• Support, further development and optimization of the SAP HCM with focus on time management (PT) and the interface to adjacent systems and modules

• Analysis and quality assurance of the SAP HCM PT productive system

• Creation, coordination and implementation of technical and technical concepts

• Advising HR Business Partners, Personnel Officers and Timing Officers with regard to Time Economy

• Support and support of SAP HCM's internal users in the fields of time management and payment accounting

• Participation in HR projects and acquisition of special topics in HR processes

• Control of rollouts of HR applications Creation of meaningful evaluations for end users in the field of SAP HCM PT and in cooperation with other modules

• Implementation of presentations, trainings, workshops and coaching for users of the time management system

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or completed vocational training with qualifications in the field of Human Resources

• Expertise in SAP HCM and several years of experience in the implementation of time management processes

• Experience in managing personnel management projects

• High IT affinity and security in dealing with Office 365

• Good English skills

• A basic understanding of business processes in production plants

• Engagement in knowledge transfer and willingness to take responsibility

• Teamability, positive appearance and very good communication strength to communicate on all hierarchy levels in a manner that is addressable
