Takeover of project management for infrastructure and geotechnical projects – from planning to completion, including budget, appointment and resource management, and coordination of entrepreneurs Ensuring quality assurance and compliance with corporate policies and promoting efficient cooperation with internal specialists and professional reporting Further development of existing customers, identification of new project opportunities and control of offer activities in close coordination with Business Development and Area Management Technical and personal support of the project team, regular feedback and mentoring for the continuous development of skills and project results

Successfully completed university studies in the field of civil engineering, geosciences or a comparable discipline – ideally with a focus on geotechnology or engineering geology Multiannual relevant professional experience and recognised expertise in these fields Ideal knowledge in VOB and HOAI as well as the ability to use this knowledge in practice Enthusiasm for supporting existing customers as well as interest and experience in the acquisition of new projects Open, solution-oriented communication at eye level – both in the team and in contact with customers Structured, careful working with high quality standards; safe occurrence and strong commitment
