AI Governance Solutions Architect (m/f/d)

You actively shape the safe, sustainable and scalable use of artificial intelligence within the SIGNAL IDUNA Group. In this central role, you combine technological innovation with regulatory requirements and create the foundation for AI and agent solutions to be used responsibly and compliant. You work hand in hand with disciplines, platform teams and governance units and develop solutions that ensure both business value and transparency, traceability and taxability of AI systems. Your tasks include: Accompanying new AI and agent-use cases from AI-Governance-Sicht as well as supporting the specialist areas in integration into existing processes Active interface work between disciplines, platform and governance to implement requirements from the 2nd Line Conceptual development of agent architecture, tooling for AI governance and systems for observability and tracking Joint development and implementation of mechanisms to ensure completeness, traceability and compliance in close cooperation with the AI Governance Manager

brings a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification in the IT environment with combines sound knowledge of IT and platform architecture and IT governance with practical experience at the interface between specialist, IT and governance units understands modern AI technologies (e.g. GenAI, Agents) and supports corresponding implementation projects competently from the governance and architecture perspective shapes processes as well as workflows and uses common modeling and governance tools such as BPMN, ADONIS, LeanIX or Jira has the ability to functionalize requirements from the 2nd Line in a structured manner and to actively participate in the design of guidelines draws you through pronounced structured thinking paired with pragmatism has a high communication and coordination capability to successfully communicate between business, IT and governance speaks fluent German and brings good English knowledge in word and writing with
