In our area of ICP (Infrastructure & Cloud Platform), we form the heart of technological transformation. As part of the shared service team, you will ensure that our IT service landscape not only works but sets standards through excellent processes. In a dynamic, international environment, you accompany us to create ITIL standards to a new level and real added value for all our country companies.

Strategy: You advise as a strategic partner:in our service organization and develop ITIL standards in a targeted way Process Transformation: Here you analyze, visualize and document existing IT processes to track inefficiencies Optimization: You optimize the value chain in a sustainable manner and ensure a significant improvement in data quality Operational Excellence: You implement a lean process landscape and consistently apply lean management methods Change Management: You actively promote a culture of continuous improvement and digitization across all locations Governance: In this role, you design and adapt a comprehensive ITSM structure according to ITIL-Best-Practices in an international context Stakeholder Management: You bindest Service Owner:inside closely into the design of process interfaces Reporting: Here you develop and implement KPI systems that make process and service quality measurable Transparency: You build systematic dashboards to control strategic decisions and digitization progress

Experience: You have managed complex IT and process transformation projects in an international environment Certification: In addition, you bring a mandatory certification as an ITIL® expert, managing professional or strategic leader Methodology competence: You use your well-founded lean management skills and your experience as a coach safely in everyday life Conception: Thanks to your architectural skills, you translate complex business models into efficient IT structures Communication: You connect with your social agility quickly across different nationalities and hierarchy levels Language skills: In German and English (Level B2+) you can communicate absolutely with you Working method: You are inspired by your focus on service excellence and your proactive type
